Recommended to visit laohor for console and handheld problems.
Went there twice....once for faulty NDSL which was diagnosed to be motherboard dead.....didn't charged for diagnisis.
Second which was the day before for PSP analog controller intermittent issue.
What impress me is that he does troubleshoot to bare min to reduce repair cost.
Had another customer when i went.......initially swopping DVD drive fixed the Wii issue......but laohor actually tried to replace the lens to try minimize the cost of repair even when the customer gave go ahead to replace drive. |

Cracked my hinge and needed a replacement housing. Searched lots of shops for this service to no avail but finally found this shop via an online forum thread.
So today I went down and finally got my entire DS housing replaced from the original white to a transparent crystal case. I opted for the original white buttons to be used and it was not a problem for them.
The transparent crystal case was also a gd choice as the interior had a really nice smooth matt finish!
The modification process was surprising speedy and the service was good. I'd recommend others who intend to get their housing replaced to get it done here by these professionals. |

Bought a original silver psp faceplate from them initially. But it came with chip off colour and a broken fitting leg. I explained to them and they are willing to refund me the $. The silver faceplate they gave me was actually a testing artefact.
They had thrown the good one away instead of the testing faceplate. Such things do happen when you are clearing away stuff. And I was happy that they are willing to refund me the money.
I bought a new housing myself and i request them to help me change my psp housing and not refunding me the rest of the money, but they insist to refund the rest of the money. Where can you find such services?
All in all, they are responsible and customers are their 1st priority. I couldn't find any dust on the screen or scratches when they do the new housing for me. They have professional tools and skills to do modification or repair. GO to them and you will never regret. |

I was very agitated for the past few days when I realized that my psp volume would suddenly increase. I had sent my psp for repair at another store when my home button did not work , however I was told that they did not carry the original strip, instead they replace my original strip with a third party strip. The home button did start to work but the other buttons were hard to press. The real nightmare started when my psp volume would suddenly increase. I started surfing the net, looking for solutions and was glad that I ended up in this site .The owner and his girlfriend managed to replace my psp home strip with the original psp home strip which worked like new. They were very friendly and their service was fast, efficient and the price was reasonable too. |

Friendly and fast service even though it was 2am on sunday morning when I managed to chat with him over MSN.
Got a bit lost on the way to the Hougang Area but Laohor was very kind and allowed me to keep my psp slim deep red memory stick cover instead of making me change it like other shops would have done.
He also changed my viewing area of the PSP Front Faceplate rather than making me buy a new housing of another color like another shop would have done cause they do not sell a specific part.
He even thoughtfully asked me whether I would want a PSP Screenprotector and helped me apply it. The whole servicing was done in about half an hour as my mum and me went to the nearby food centre to get some tea time food. |
